1. General
All services on Nano Banana are provided on a one-time purchase basis. Once an AI image or related digital content is generated and delivered, it cannot be returned. This policy protects both customers and the platform from misuse.
2. Refund Eligibility
- check_circle Refunds are only granted if a purchase cannot be fulfilled due to a technical issue on our side.
- check_circle If an image has already been successfully generated and delivered, the purchase is non-refundable.
- check_circle Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at support@nanobanana.global with your order ID, date of purchase, and issue details. We will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Billing Support via Paddle
Purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. For billing-related questions (receipts, duplicate charges, VAT), you may also contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net.
5. Exclusions
- cancel Refunds will not be issued for completed and delivered AI-generated content.
- cancel Misuse of the refund policy, fraudulent claims, or repeated refund requests may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately.
